WHAT WE DO
Threehills is Scotland’s first Community Supermarket and sits in the heart of Nitshill area of Glasgow. Threehills is opening shortly and will act as a hub for the community, providing an affordable supermarket, café and community resource facilities. We aim to provide immediate financial relief for households on low incomes by improving their access to affordable nutritious food, while addressing some of the underlying issues which may have left individuals and families vulnerable to hunger.
We provide choice in shopping for food by supplying affordable food in a standard supermarket environment, allowing us to re-purpose high quality food supplies which would otherwise have been sent to landfill, and to ease people out of poverty with dignity and respect.
Threehills is well-placed on Nitshill Road, allowing us to serve the people of Nitshill, Priesthill and the wider Greater Pollok area.
